I am an Assistant Professor of International Relations at University of Groningen. Previously, I was a Marie Skłodowska Curie Global Fellow at University of Warwick and University of Denver. I work on international norms, military operations, diplomatic visits, populism, public opinion on war, and visual politics.

I have published articles on the Journal of Peace Research, the European Journal of Political Research, Political Psychology, and International Studies Quarterly amongst others

I also like dogs, boxing, and reading and writing short stories
